شروط الاستخدام

تطبيق حركات للآيفون · آخر تحديث: ٨ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦

باختصار: حركات أداة تضع بها كلماتك على صوتك ومقاطعك. يجب أن يكون لديك حق استخدام الصوت والفيديو والكلمات التي تضعها فيه والفيديوهات التي تنشرها. التوقيت التلقائي ومسودات الكلام اقتراحات تراجعها قبل النشر. التطبيق مجاني التثبيت، وحركات برو اختياري تبيعه Apple اشتراكًا أسبوعيًا أو شهريًا أو سنويًا، أو شراءً لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة. ويُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو».

١. القبول

بتحميل حركات («التطبيق») أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. هذه الشروط بينك وبين معاذ عثمان («نحن»)، مطوّر التطبيق.

٢. ترخيص App Store

حركات مرخّص لك وليس مبيعًا، وفق اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي للتطبيقات المرخّصة وشروط خدمات Apple الإعلامية، وهذه الشروط مكمّلة لها. وعند التعارض في الترخيص نفسه تُقدَّم شروط Apple، وفي كل ما يخص حركات تُقدَّم هذه الشروط. ولا تلتزم Apple بتقديم صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.

٣. ما هو حركات

يتيح لك حركات لصق الكلمات أو كتابتها، وإحضار صوتك أو فيديوك، وتوقيت الكلمات على الصوت، وتنسيقها وتحريكها، ثم تصدير فيديو أو ملف ترجمة نصية. التوقيت التلقائي ومسودات الكلام تُنتج آليًا على جوالك وقد تخطئ، خصوصًا مع الموسيقى والصدى والألحان الطويلة والكلام غير الواضح، والتطبيق يتيح لك تصحيح كل كلمة. راجع النتيجة قبل النشر، فأنت المسؤول عمّا تنشره.

٤. محتواك وحقك فيه

  • يجب أن تملك الحق. استخدم فقط الصوت والفيديو والصور والكلمات التي أنشأتها بنفسك، أو التي في الملك العام، أو التي لديك إذن باستخدامها — بما في ذلك إذن الجمع بينها ونشر النتيجة.
  • حركات أداة وليس مصدرًا للمحتوى. لا يحمّل الموسيقى أو الفيديو أو الكلمات من الروابط أو المواقع أو الخدمات أبدًا، ويعمل فقط على الملفات والنصوص التي تحضرها أنت. والاستثناء الوحيد هو خلفيات المناسبات الاختيارية الخاصة بحركات: مقاطع مرخّصة مضمّنة في التطبيق، يحق لك استخدامها داخل الفيديوهات التي تصنعها بحركات، لا وحدها ولا لإعادة توزيعها كمقاطع مستقلة. والكلمات والتسجيلات والفيديوهات التي تعود لغيرك محمية غالبًا بحقوق النشر.
  • للمنصات قواعدها. قد تكتم الخدمة التي تنشر عليها صوت الفيديو أو تحجبه أو تحذفه إن احتوى صوتًا محميًا، أيًّا كان التطبيق الذي صنعه.
  • أنت المسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تنشئه وتنشره بحركات، وتوافق على ألا تستخدمه في التعدي على حقوق النشر أو العلامات التجارية أو الخصوصية أو أي حق آخر لأحد. وإن ادّعى أحد أن محتواك يتعدى على حقوقه فذلك بينك وبينه.
  • محتواك يبقى لك. لا ندّعي ملكية أي شيء تنشئه، ولأنه يبقى على جوالك فهو لا يصلنا.

٥. المحرّكات المحمّلة والمكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر

يستخدم التوقيت التلقائي ومسودات الكلام ملفات محرّك يحمّلها حركات عند أول استخدام (ويمكنك اختيار التوقيت بالنقر بدلًا منه). هذه المحرّكات والخطوط في التطبيق أعمال لأطراف أخرى بتراخيصها الخاصة — منها omniASR من Meta (رخصة Apache 2.0)، ونموذج كلام عربي من NVIDIA (رخصة المشاع الإبداعي نسب المصنف 4.0)، وONNX Runtime (رخصة MIT)، وخطوط برخصة SIL Open Font License. والنصوص الكاملة في «الإعدادات ‹ الترخيصات». وتلك التراخيص هي التي تحكم تلك المكوّنات، ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك بموجبها.

٦. المشتريات

حركات مجاني التثبيت، وميزاته الأساسية — مشاريع بلا حد، والتوقيت التلقائي، والتوقيت بالنقر، والمحرر كاملًا، وتصدير المقاطع القصيرة بلا علامة مائية — تعمل دون دفع. وحركات برو اختياري يفتح تصدير المقطع كاملًا، وأنماطًا وخطوطًا أكثر، وألوانك الخاصة، وأصواتًا وصورًا مضافة أكثر، والتصدير بـ ٦٠ إطارًا في الثانية وبترميز HEVC. يمكنك شراؤه اشتراكًا يتجدد تلقائيًا (أسبوعيًا أو شهريًا أو سنويًا؛ وقد يبدأ السنوي بتجربة مجانية للمشتركين الجدد) أو شراءً لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة لا يتجدد ويبقى ما دام التطبيق متاحًا. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا بالسعر نفسه في نهاية كل فترة ويُحصَّل من حساب Apple الخاص بك، ما لم تلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة (أو التجربة المجانية) بـ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل؛ ويمكنك الإلغاء متى شئت من «الإعدادات ‹ اسمك ‹ الاشتراكات» في جوالك، ويبقى برو مفعّلًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. تظهر الأسعار في App Store وفي التطبيق قبل الدفع وقد تختلف بحسب البلد. تعالج Apple المشتريات ولا نرى بيانات الدفع. وتتولى Apple الاسترداد عبر reportaproblem.apple.com. ولاستعادة برو على جهاز آخر استخدم «الإعدادات ‹ استعادة المشتريات».

٧. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم حركات لإنشاء أو نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو يحض على الكراهية أو فيه إساءة أو تضليل، أو يتعدى على حقوق الآخرين. ولا تحاول اختراق أمان التطبيق أو تفكيكه إلا بما يسمح به القانون.

٨. إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره» دون أي ضمان، بما في ذلك صحة التوقيت أو مسودات الكلام أو التصدير، أو قبول أي منصة للفيديو. ولسنا مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن المحتوى الذي تنشره، ولا عن مشاريع ضاعت دون نسخة احتياطية. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحد منها قانونًا، ولا من حقوقك الإلزامية كمستهلك.

٩. التغييرات والإنهاء

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر التاريخ أعلاه ونذكر التغييرات المهمة في ملاحظات الإصدار في App Store. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه. وقد نغيّر الميزات أو نوقفها بإشعار معقول.

Terms of Use

Harakat (حركات) for iPhone · Last updated: 8 October 2026

The short version: Harakat is a tool for putting your own words on your own audio and video. You must have the right to use the audio, video and words you put into it and the videos you post. Automatic timing and speech drafts are suggestions you check before posting. The app is free to install; Harakat Pro is optional, sold by Apple as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The app is provided "as is".

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Harakat ("the app") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are between you and Moath Othman ("we", "us"), the app's developer.

2. The App Store licence

Harakat is licensed, not sold, to you, under the Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which these Terms supplement. Where they conflict on the licence itself, Apple's terms control; on everything specific to Harakat, these Terms control. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

3. What Harakat is

Harakat lets you paste or type words, bring your own audio or video, time the words to the audio, style and animate them, and export a video or a subtitle file. Auto-timing and speech drafts are produced automatically on your iPhone and can be wrong, especially with music, echo, long melodies or unclear speech; the app lets you correct every word. Check the result before you post it. You are responsible for what you publish.

4. Your content and your rights to it

  • You must hold the rights. Use only audio, video, images and words that you created yourself, that are in the public domain, or that you have permission to use — including permission to combine them and to publish the result.
  • Harakat is a tool, not a source of content. It never downloads music, video or lyrics from links, websites or services; it works only with the files and text you bring. The one exception is Harakat's own optional Occasion backgrounds («خلفيات المناسبات»): licensed stock clips included in the app, which you may use inside the videos you make with Harakat but not on their own or as stock footage. Lyrics, recordings and videos by other people are usually protected by copyright.
  • Platforms apply their own rules. A service you post to may mute, block or remove a video that contains protected audio, whatever app made it.
  • You are responsible for the content you create and post with Harakat, and you agree not to use it to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. If someone claims your content infringes their rights, that is between you and them.
  • Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create, and because it stays on your iPhone we do not receive it.

5. Downloaded engines and open-source components

Auto-timing and speech drafts use engine files that Harakat downloads on first use (you can choose tap-to-sync instead). These engines and the fonts in the app are third-party works under their own licences — including omniASR by Meta (Apache License 2.0), an Arabic speech model by NVIDIA (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0), ONNX Runtime (MIT) and fonts under the SIL Open Font License. The full notices are in Settings → Licences. Those licences govern those components; nothing in these Terms limits your rights under them.

6. Purchases

Harakat is free to install, and its core features — unlimited projects, auto-timing, tap-to-sync, the full editor and exports of short clips, with no watermark — work without paying. Harakat Pro is optional and unlocks full-length exports, more styles and fonts, custom colours, more added sounds and photos, and 60 fps and HEVC export. You can buy it as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly; the yearly may start with a free trial for new subscribers) or as a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews and lasts for as long as the app is available. A subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period, and is charged to your Apple Account, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period (or the free trial) ends; you can cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before you pay and may differ by country. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore Pro on another device, use Settings → Restore Purchases.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Harakat to create or spread content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive, or that infringes other people's rights. Do not try to break the app's security or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including that timings, speech drafts or exports will be correct, or that a platform will accept a video. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for content you publish, or for projects lost without a backup. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and note material changes in the App Store release notes. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply at the developer's place of residence, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country. Questions: kenz@kenzapps.com.
